Houston Recap
I gotta make this quick but here's lowdown: I loveddddd Houston. The city is so diverse and beautiful. I found so many adorable neighborhoods adjacent to gorgeous parks and fun things to do. It totally made me want to explore Austin in the same way. I missed my kids. I missed my dogs. Sigh. The Airbnb was immaculate but definitely not walkable to anything, which sucked. Next time I'll get a place that's walkable. Bringing my bike was the best thing everrrrr. I only wish I had been closer to everything. I forgot a zillion things; today when I unpack I'll leave almost everything that I know I'll be taking in the same bag so it's already done. I was ready to go home after yesterday morning. For next time, I might get up really early to depart and then just spend ONE night in a super awesome spot instead of two. I wasn't in the mood for art museums but could have easily done the whole day on my bike. The trouble was I had to check out of the Airbnb,...
